Platform Role

Grih Care acts solely as a facilitator between customers and independent service partners. Service professionals listed on the platform are not employees of Grih Care.

Payments

• All online payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
• Grih Care does not store sensitive payment information.
• Cash payments, where applicable, are handled directly between customer and partner.

Service Disclaimer

• Grih Care is not responsible for service quality, delays, or execution.
• Any dispute between customer and service partner should be resolved mutually.
• Grih Care may assist in dispute resolution but holds no direct liability.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and bookings.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Avoid misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.

Account Deletion / Delete Account Request

Customers and Service Partners have the right to request deletion of their Grih Care account at any time.

To request account deletion, users must contact Grih Care Support using any of the following methods:

Once the request is received and verified, the account and associated data will be deleted within 24 hours, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
